Weeds in the roadside lawn

Weeds can be a problem in a newly establishing lawn, especially when the lawn is seeded. Spring seedings are the most challenging because many of the weeds common to Minnesota lawns germinate in the late spring and early summer. The installer of your roadside turf is responsible for weed removal during the contract period; however, you may need to take some actions after that time. For more information about the weeds common to Minnesota lawns and tips for how to control them, please watch the short video lectures.
